Vittore studied photography at CFP Riccardo Bauer in Milan with Roberta Valtorta. He also attended a university course at IULM  as a guest student with Giovanni Chiaramonte.

He is a doctor in Business Administration and he holds a master of Cognitive psychology applied to interfaces.

He teaches photography in workshops and schools.

He had many lectures and gave portfolio reviews in a lot of photo festivals and workshops and he teaches in Art Academies and Universities:Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze, Mohole, BIM, FotoScuola Lecce

From 2021 he is the Scientific Director of the Castelfiorentino Prize for Contemporary Photography.
From 2024 he is attending an MA in Contemporary photography at Falmouth University - Fellowship recipient

He has been selected among the best Italian and world photographers of all time. He does not believe in this kind of list but “it’s funny and beautiful to be there” as he said.
